About Sanad

Yes, you need an internet connection to download and use Sanad app.
Sanad is your gateway to digital government services, as it allows you to login with a single username and password instead of multiple passwords. Activating your digital identity will unlock many features allowing you to use fully digitized government services, accessing your personal information and government digital documents, digitally sign documents as well as making bill payments to government and private services.
Anyone with Jordanian National ID can create an account Sanad, however non Jordanians or residents can use Sanad as a Guest. We are working on a mechanism to onborard non Jordanian and residents on Sanad, please stay tuned for our updates.

Digital Identity

Smart National ID Card, Smartphone with an active mobile number and an email address
To activate your digital identity, please visit us at one of Sanad stations or through the participated Banks. For the list of locations, please open "Near Me" and select Sanad Stations option on your Sanad app or check our Sanad Locations on www.sanad.jo
Only Citizens who are carrying a Smart National ID Card can activate their digital identity at one of Sanad stations or the participated banks. For the list of locations, please open "Near Me" and select Sanad Stations option on your Sanad app or check our Sanad Locations on www.sanad.jo. Not a citizen? No, activating your digital identity is for free.
To change your digital identity pin code, Log into your account at Sanad mobile app, click on "Settings", select "Change Digital Identity Pin Code", enter your current and new pin code twice and click confirm

Digital identity is a way to prove who you are online so you can benefit from all digitized government services through the application of Sanad without the need of physical presence to complete those services.
o No, your digital identity is not a substitute for the civil status identity for citizens as the civil status identity will remain the document that defines the citizen as it is known.

Digital Identity Benefits

Activating your digital identity will unlock many features allowing you to use fully digitized government services, accessing your personal information and government digital documents, digitally sign documents as well as making bill payments to government and private services.
My Information service will allow you to access your latest personal records and information on Sanad including the details of your National ID, family booklet, driving and vehicle licenses, properties and real-estate, education, health insurance, social security, bails and procurations, driving tickets, judicial requests and much more.
My Documents service will allow you to access your government digital documents that can be used as an alternative for the traditional documents, knowing that they are protected by a secure and encrypted QR code to verify their authenticity.
My Payment service will allow you to pay your bills for both government and private services at any time through Sanad app using E-Fawateercom gateway, which provides different payment options including payment using your bank accounts and credit cards.
Notifications will keep you posted on the latest news, receive notifications and reminders and many more features
My Signature service will allow you to sign your digital documents through Sanad and send them to the concerned parties. Any digitally signed document can be verified through the digital signature verification service on Sanad app.

Sanad Stations

If you do not have a Sanad account, our team in Sanad stations can help you to create an account and activate your digital identity. If you already have an existing account and would like to activate your digital identity, our team in Sanad stations can help you to complete the activation process.

Account Creation

Download Sanad app, click on Sign In / Sign-Up and follow the steps. If you do not have a Smart National ID Card or Jordanian National ID, you can still use Sanad as a Guest.

Account Types

Creating an account and activating your digital identity in one of Sanad stations will allow you to access all available services on Sanad including but not limited to accessing your government digital documents and personal records, digitally sign documents as well as many other features
Creating an account on Sanad without activating your digital identity will allow you to access some of our selected services, however to access the full list of features and services available on Sanad including your digital documents and all of your personal records, you must activate your digital identity.
If you do not have an account on Sanad and would like to explore Sanad, you can still use Guest service to access Sanad and use some of our selected services. If you are a Jordanian citizen and have a Jordanian National ID, we do recommend you create an account and activate your digital identity to access the full list of features and services available on Sanad.

Account Management

Log into your account at Sanad mobile app, click on "Settings", select "Change Password" and then enter your current and new password.
Launch Sanad mobile app & select "Sign In / Sign Up", click on "Forgot Password?", enter your National ID number & select one of the options to verify your contact details. Enter the code you received to verify your details and then choose your new password twice to confirm the change
Yes, to ensure we have your latest contact details, please make sure you update your Sanad account with your new email address and mobile number by logging into your Sanad account, click on Settings and then Account Information menu
Your Sanad account password is used for login purposes, however your digital identity pin code is used to confirm your identity when completing complex transactions that requires document signatures.

Account Security

Yes, your data is safe and secure however it is your responsibility to keep your account credentials, mobile number, email address and other personal information safe and unreachable from others
Do not share your Sanad login details and keep them confidential Change your password from time to time to keep it secured Do not use an easy password to prevent unauthorized access to your account Stay away from phishing sites and don't provide the information required without confirming that the site is legitimate.
